Translate GNU info files into HTML pages, one page per node.
Menus, Notes, and Up/Next/Prev pointers are translated into links.
Other text is left as-is in <PRE></PRE> tags.

The directory specifies where to put the output files.

Convert the info file dc.info into HTML pages. The HTML pages are located

The top-level HTML file is

trust the info file. If the info file has broken info references,
the HTML output will have broken URLs too.
