	Packet testpaket-1.0 soll nicht standartmäßig in /usr/local
	installiert werden, sondern soll in /usr  installiert werden.  Im
	Verzeichnis /usr/local/stow/testpacket-1.0 wird eine Datei
	(Beispielsweise .stowES.rc) erstellt, in der jetzt drin steht, dass
	das Default-target-directory bei diesem Packet auf /usr umgestellt
	werden soll. Damit soll erreicht werden, dass man nicht per Hand
	stowES mit den passenden -s  /  -t Parametern aufrufen muss.
