      Entry</a></h1>

      <p>If you do not specify a printer on the command line or in
      the environment variables, and the <var class=
      "LITERAL">require_explicit_q</var> value is not set then <b
      class="APPLICATION">LPRng</b> will search the printcap and
      use the first valid printcap entry as the printer. It will
      use the first one found as the default.</p>
