    - removed a couple of tests of the database API, which is still

    - changed terminology to talk about 'roles' instead of 'groups'
    - renamed some methods to reflect new terminology
    - old methods should still work, but will complain via carp
    - added a new class to represent roles - Tree::Authz::Role
