If you wish to use ghostview to view or print the Postscript output
from PMW, then you need to create symlinks for the font files:

    ln -s /usr/local/share/pmw/psfonts/* /usr/local/share/ghostscript/fonts/

and also add the following line to
/usr/local/share/ghostscript/x.xx/lib/Fontmap.GS

    /PMW-Music		(PMW-Music.pfa) ;
