CTRL-D

        On most UNIX systems, a CTRL-D typed to the terminal is interpreted
        as End-Of-File and often equivalent to some kind of quit command.
        If you type CTRL-D to PMF, and the "ignoreeof" variable has not
        been set, PMF will exit.
