Install process for Windows.

Supported:
 W2000   ( <- developpement platform )
 XP
 NT4
 W98


The makefiles are given for VC++6.0.


1) Open and build osipparser2.dsw and osip2.dsw
   in the ./libosip-0.X.X/platform/windows/
   directory with Visual Studio C++ 6.0.

2) For more advanced users: libosip can be compiled with cygwin!
