Long term idea is to leave fspclient alone for now and add fsp support
to some well maintained FTP programs like gftp or lftp. gftp has a nice
gui a lftp has a nice command line version.
   update: GFTP 2.0.18 now has FSP support!

FSP client is not that bad program, but it is not very maintainable.

KNOWN BUGS
==========
totals are bad on directory with largefile. integer overflow somewhere.
can't download file from no-list flaged directory.
no support for FSP passwords. Very few people uses them.
retry alg. is not very smart
check signals are handled correctly. signals should be non restartable?

do not sent CC_BYE after cached dir listing display (in cygwin only) 
    notbug: result of cygwin nonworking locking system
connect to server in readme command (after open) when needed, not return
 `not connected` error
    notbug: most other commands do the same thing.
