- ifgraphs readconf() was not parsing some arguments in the right way (checking string bounds)

- Added the update=[yes|true|no|false] flag, so people can select if the target is to be updated or not.
- The options [no]legend, [no]rigid were not working on OID and COMMAND targets
- Added the option [no]minorgrid, that passes the option --no-minor when the target's graphic is created
- Added the precision directive, so you can select the number of decimal digits that will be shown.
- Added the -T flag. This will make ifgraph.pl use the $^T perl variable (the time the program started) in the rrdtool updates. The default is to use the rrdtool "N" string.

- makegraph was not jumping the target graphic creating when it had an invalid commdef definition. This issue was fixed.
- A bug in the ifgraph.pl was not closing the FHs to the commands executed. This was fixed.
- Fixed a bug in find-if.pl. Some adsl line were reporting 0 speed. Now when this happens, ifgraph sets this to 1G (1000000000). The issue was fixed in makegraph.pl.
- Fixed the LONG OID bug. When the OID was too long, makegraph was reporting some errors.
- Added an OBS in the documentation of the step directive

- The global variables rrdtool, rrddir, graphdir and template now have default values
- added the Color::Rgb from Sherzod Ruzmetov to the script, so it can convert rgb strings to the hexadecimal required in rrdtool

- Fixed a bug in the createFileOid() call. It was not removing the initial dots from the OIDs

- makegraph.pl now understands the <$time_(hour|min|sec|mon|day)$> variables in the graphics titles (from Iain Lea'a patch)
- The horalocal() call already formats the month and year variables now
- Added the flag -s to the find-if.pl. With this flag set, the script outputs the definitions of the target's interfaces that can be used in the configuration file.

- Splited the snmpQuery function in some smaller ones, responsible for more specific methods, making easier to understand the code
