The action of \fBpl\fP is to compile a PL_TDF text in
\fIinfile\&.pl\fP to a TDF capsule in
\fIoutfile\&.j\fP\&. (See \fIPL_TDF Definition\fP)\&.
The resulting \&.j file is suitable for linking and translation by
\fBtcc\fP\fB(1)\fP
