Usage: SET STATUS_LOADAVG <text displayed for system load>
  The value of STATUS_LOADAVG is replaced in the STATUS_FORMAT
  variable for an occurence of %Z. This shows the current
  system load on Linux and BSD systems. This option is only
  available if client is compiled with Celerity enabled (-DCELE).
