Usage: MIRC on|off|strip
  Toggles whether to convert mIRC colors to ANSI

  When set to ON, client will translate mIRC colors to ANSI colors.
  When set to OFF, no translation will be performed. When set to
  STRIP annoying mIRC color crap will be stripped from output.
