Usage: FTRACE [-E|-G] [-COUNT] filter [server]
  Does TRACE with filter

  With -E ETRACE is used instead of TRACE and match is made
  on entire line returned by ircd. With -G ETRACE is used
  and match is made on gecos field only.
  With -COUNT only number of matches is reported.
