Usage: CDCC SECURE on|off
  Toggles Cdcc security on/of

  If turned ON, only people from your friends list that have D access
  will be able to get offered files. If turned OFF, everyone will be able
  to get your offered files. The same rules apply if CDCC AUTOGET is
  turned on.
