Usage: CDCC RESEND [pattern1 pattern2 , nick1 nick2]
  Resends file(s) to nick(s)

  First you enter what file(s) you wanna resend. You can use
  * and ~ (like : ScrollZ.* test1?.zip ~/irc/irc). Then you
  have to enter nick(s) (like : nick1 nick2 nick3).
