Usage: CDCC PLIST [channels]
  Lists all created pack(s) to current channel

  It also displays pack description and number of files in pack
  and their sizes. Client will automatically do CDCC PLIST every
  CDCC PTIME seconds on the channels specified with CDCC CHAN. If
  set to 0, automatic CDCC PLIST is disabled.
