Usage: CDCC CHAN channels
  Sets valid channels for PLIST

  Channels is a list of channels separated by , you can include * and ?
  (example : #test,#c*,-#boo). When set to current, PLIST will go to
  current channel. + in front of channel name means CDCC NOTICE
  format will be used for that channel.
