Usage: AUTOINV on channels|off
  Toggles auto invite on notify on/off

  If set to on, client will automatically invite users who have access to
  INVITE, CHOPS, OP and UNBAN when sign-on is detected for them. Note that
  they will be invited only to +i channels.
