Usage: ADDBK nick|filter channels shit-level [comment]
  Adds user to your shit list

  Filter can include * and ?. When used with nick client will create entry
  that will use pattern like *!user@*.domain.
  Channels is a list of channels separated by ',' where nick will be 
  shitted. You can use * and ? (like : #chat*,#tes?,#chan).
  Comment is used as kick comment.
  Available shit-levels are: D=DEOP, K=KICK, B=BBAN, I=IGNORE and
  P=PERMBAN.
