IRCG considers the environment variable IRCG_OPTIONS.  By
setting certain characters you can enable the respective
logging option.  Note that you should run thttpd in debug
mode for this.  IRCG will write the data to stdout.

A - print statistics about write buffers
B - print notice when queue has reached its limit and a queue run is due
C - print notice when a second queue run did not free up any space.
    This usually indicates that your link cannot handle the traffic.
D - print raw data from the IRC server
E - print parsed data from the IRC server
F - print notice, if a connection was closed and the recv buffer was not empty
G - print what we send to the IRC server
