RusNet IRC network stands for serving Russian community all throughout the
world but mostly in Russia and Ukraine. By needs of the network there were
numerous add-ons and extensions to original IRC daemon created, which
somebody might find useful in their own networks. Some of our works may
appear in future releases of the original IRC daemon by convenience with
its developers, but there will always be the "national" code.
