jslice - installation.

Very simple...

	make
	make install   (as root)
	
The only dependence is that of libjpeg [version 6b].

There is also a file called "spacer.gif" which is included with this
distribution, it is basically a 1x1 transparent GIF file which is used to
space out the tables as required to ensure a good fitting image.
