WIN32 BINARY VERSION

Copy the files in win32-dist/ to e.g. C:\PROGRAM FILES\JP2A\.

The supplied DLLs must be either in the same directory as jp2a.exe,
or must be in a searchable path, e.g. C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\.
