New features and improvements in MathPlanner 3.0

+MathCore: Calculating with Complex numbers and Vectors.
+Can display numbers in rational form like 1/2, 2Pi/4, 3Sqrt(5)/4
 operational range should be large enough, Every number in range (1...238)/x
 can be displayed and many more. But 239/x is not possible. 
 This is experimental feature.
