New features of WWWdb-0.8.3:

* Applications
  - AllTables shows all tables of the current database and
    allows the creation of a web-based WWWdb application for this
    table with one click.

  - SiteMap generates a sitemap for the whole navigation structure.

  - CreateAppRc_0 allows the selection of a foreign database before
    the creation of a WWWdb application.

* Tools
  - Installation works better now, because some bugs were fixed
  - RedHat is supported
  - Debian is also supported

* Internals
  - A target-database allows it, to use the data from a second
    database. So the WWWdb-related tables have to be only in one
    database
  - The perl-module Locale::PGetText is no longer needed

* API:
  - new functions GetSelectboxValues and GetSelRadioLabel allow easy
    access to listvalues (for example in query-mode)

  - Installation information upgraded
