Impedance mismatches between stages are not accounted for.  To some extent
this will be difficult to handle because real devices are not always
unilateral so output mismatches will change input impedances.
However, this tool is not intended to be a full 2-port RF simulator.
Also, distortion performance may change with different output
loading.  Again, this is difficult (impossible?) to handle with a
simple tool like this.  However, the tool really should be made to
handle gain reduction due to mismatch losses between stages.

cascade-mode.el -- emacs mode for cascade.  Font lock works, but 'save-and-go'
is still not done.
