Plans for 0.8 release:

Change ID3v2-related funcionality so user can:
	- write discid genre / number to tag
	- select ID3V2 text encoding
	- when renaming - warn user about overwriting file
	- wav support
	- main title of app could change whilst conveting
	- tag operations: add upper, etc.
	- improve sorting when sorting by track #, so it doesn't sort as chars
		but as numbers.
	- rename dir tool - stripping whitespace characters should work also
		for intermediate directories
		- renaming should be okay even when directory contains 
			subdirectories

Before 1.0:

	6) Help browser
	8) Reselecting selected files after clicking button & scrolling 
		tracklist to previous position
	9) Write 'script' which would look up in freedb, rename files, 
		rename directories, all without interrupting user
	10) There should be something like GroupOperation() function in 
		pending list control so that all same-type commands related to

		themselves.
